ExpenseReader helps interpret document text, reproduce supported arithmetic, and form questions. Penny Lane is fictional AI. Neither the product nor its articles provide medical, legal, tax, accounting, insurance, credit, or financial advice or create a professional-client relationship.

Results can be incomplete or wrong. They do not certify that a charge is accurate, lawful, covered, payable, fraudulent, or eligible for a particular remedy. Confirm consequential decisions with the issuer, an official source, or an appropriately qualified professional.

• Submit only documents you are authorized to use.
• Review and mask sensitive text before requesting analysis.
• Do not use the service to harm others or evade safeguards.
• Do not treat an analysis as authorization to pay or dispute.

The service supports pasted text and bounded text-layer PDFs. Photographs, scans, OCR, and permanent document storage are not supported.

Access is currently free, without accounts or paid plans. Published quotas are ceilings, not guarantees. The service may reject or stop a request because of format validation, anonymous quotas, shared budget, provider failure, maintenance, or a safety control.

Vercel, OpenAI, and Neon provide underlying infrastructure. Their availability and processing are outside ExpenseReader's complete control. The current allowances are listed on the pricing page.

ExpenseReader does not contact an issuer, submit a dispute, file a claim, make a payment, negotiate, or change an account. It does not guarantee savings, error detection, response time, uninterrupted access, or a correct outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExpenseReader is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for reviewing source documents and independently checking decisions made from a result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExpenseReader and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions, missed deadlines, payments, disputes, or losses based on use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

ExpenseReader may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. The effective date above will change when the terms are revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Access may be restricted or ended for misuse, attempts to bypass safeguards, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens the service or other people. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after access ends.
